Richard Hughbank, instructor for UCCS's Center for Homeland Security, co-authored an article in The Journal of Counterterrorism and Homeland Security International entitled Black Widows. This article looks at the growing incidence of female Chechen terrorists and the added risk they bring to Islamist movements.
